I have met with several agents who promised to sell on my property in Sunset Resort. I foolishly even paid 2 agents an upfront fee in order to try and sell my apartment, without any success not even an offer.

Finally I met with Luxury Homes Bulgaria and they managed to sell on my apartment for me. A Russian estate agent made a handsome commission on the sale but I was happy with what I got. We agreed the price in advance and I didn’t have to pay any upfront fees.

I would not consider using anybody else if your seriously thinking of selling your property in Sunset Resort. Luxury Homes Bulgaria have an office on site and they can get access to the units at any time. The other agents are time wasters in my opinion.
