Burgas will look like Los Angeles

Hundreds of yachts will be able to arrive in Burgas  after the completion of the  project for  public access to the port of Burgas. With that major infrastructure Burgas will become like some of the most famous port cities in the world, like  Los Angeles for example.

In the overall project  for public access to the port area, beside the newly build Passenger Station it is also scheduled a  construction of a new bus terminal, Marine Terminal 1 – for city ferry connections and yachts (180  yachts places ), Marine Terminal 2 – 5 big vessels , Marine Terminal 3 – International Yacht Marina – with seating for approximately 400 yachts, Marine Terminal 4-international cruise terminal – 1 + 1 places and the Yacht Club – facility for sailing sports.

The project includes as well construction of an International Conference Center,  Research Center for the study and control of the Black Sea, commercial buildings, offices, office complex and a hotel in the area of the Convention Center.

The project should be carried out on the territory of the port of Burgas – Terminal "East", the whole area with 306 202 sq.m.The total territory, which will affect construction activities is 580 decars, mainly covering terrain from the port of Burgas, Burgas Railway station and the central part of the city
