Growth of real estate transactions is noticeable

Real estate transactions in the country for the first three months of the year were 12% higher than the same period in 2014, said the president of the National Association "Real Estate" Orlin Vladikov in an interview on Monday. According to him, the revival of the sector is explained by the long lethargy in the market and the drastic reduction of interest rates on deposits.

The increased demand has led to price increases of between 5-10%. Vladikov notes the increased supply of properties on the third, fourth and fifth line to the seaside resorts. They are sold at prices between 10-15 thousand euros, which is explained by the desire of investors to dispose of such property and the related costs.
